&lt;div&gt;  We skipped writing day 2 and it was bugging me.  We went to the gym and I went light because I've been the last 2 or 3 days.  My wife did a good hard work out.  After watching Neil on the biggest loser couples, I've stopped holding on when on the treadmil or elliptical.  It makes a huge difference, my legs are so sore! &lt;div&gt;  Well I'm a little sore from yesterday.  When I got off work I went to they gym.  I had a good, hard work out for a little over an hour.  I'm really sore now, I can't imagine how I will feel tomorrow.  I've had one soda today!  I'm trying to stay moving by getting some house work done.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;  Well I didn't get a chance to post last night due to my late work shift.  Yesterday I went on a cooold walk with my dog around where we live for about an hour.  It was really nice to get out and get some fresh air.  I was pretty happy with myself because I normally don't do any working out on my work days.  That is something I'm trying to work on.  I'm also still sticking to my 1 soda a day, and sometimes 0!  Our last chance workout is coming up, and I plan on exercising my butt off!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;  Well, I just got home from work and I'm pooped :(  I'm going to shoot for a short exercise before I go to bed.  I am eating well, still no fast food!!  I'm doing either 1 or 0 sodas a day.  I would say I'm doing fairly well.  I do need to work on exercising on work days though.  That's a bit of an obstacle for me.  I'm off the next 2 days so I'm going to keep myself busy, either cleaning or working out.  &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;/u&gt;   Well, I lost 3 pounds my first week.  Not as much as I would have liked to lose, but I'm still pretty happy.  I'm definitely going to step it up this week.  I only had 1 soda today and I'm still eating well.  My husband and I went to the gym this evening and worked our butts off!  That stairmaster is killer.....but I use that machine because I feel like it works me good.  We we're there for probably 1 hour to 1 hour and a half.  I really hope to lose atleast 5 pounds this week.  &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Today when I got home from work, my husband and I went to get some stuff for dinner.  When we got home we went for a jog around our neighborhood for about 30 minutes.  It was pretty refreshing, and It was nice just spending time together and talking.  I tend to not do as much working out on days that I work.  I try to do other things though such as laundry, etc.  At least I'm on my feet!  We're both doing really well with our eating habits and soda consumption.  &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;  Wow, what a day.  My husband worked a late shift again, but I didn't let it pull me down like it did yesterday.  After doing some chores around the house, I went to the gym.  I was there for about an hour and a half.  I did the stair climber and some other machines.  The gym I go to has a monthly PIZZA NIGHT....and I just happened to be there for that.  Believe it or not, I talked myself into leaving the gym without getting one slice.  It was SOOOOO tempting.  I have a hard time turning down free food!  Especially PIZZA!  Plus, I haven't had one soda all day.  I've been drinking alot of water.  I think I've done a very good job today.  Now, I feel stronger and more motivated than ever......&lt;/div&gt;
