    Week 4 Day 1

    Kristen and Oliver's Week 4 Day 1
      Well today we weighed in.  I gained a pound and my wife lost 2 lbs.  I've been eating pretty good and working out good.  I'm not sure if the weight gain is from my quantity of food or maybe some muscle gain.  I'm goona try and make sure I'm not having too many snacks, even if they are good for me.  I'm not sure how to find out if its muscle.  My wife did good and I'm proud of her!  After this, I'm defintaly steping everything up another level this week!

    Snacks always seem to sneak in and bite me in the butt  - I have to be super careful with those :) Try some healthier snacks (baby carrots, fruits etc.) to help you with the 'food fight'. Stay focused. YOU CAN DO IT!
